Returns
Orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original cellophane packaging. We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leave your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel. Once the return has been received, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show.

FAULTY ITEMS
Should your item arrive faulty, please do notify us within 24 hours, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Made to order items will be longer and lead times will be stated on the product information.
